The Beep Test is like my earlier post. You have to run 20 metres before the tape beeps again. We did it recently. It was a hot day, but not boiling. My score was Level 5, Number 8. That's pretty good!

BEEP TEST
The Beep Test is like my earlier post. You have to run 20 metres before the tape beeps again. We did it recently. It was a hot day, but not boiling. My score was Level 5, Number 8. That's pretty good!
